Diego specializes in Business practice, offering corporate services to our multinational clients for the development of their IP rights through the practice of advertising law, copyright law, and counseling in relation to franchising, licensing and distribution agreements.

He is in charge of the everyday dealings of Corporate Law, incorporating companies, issuing proxies, acquiring companies, selling companies, updating registries. Diego is also a Tax attorney and provides taxation services together with the accounting department. He also reviews and helps negotiate licensing, distribution and dealership agreements between international companies and local businesses.
