Pablo has experience in counseling local and international clients in the protection of their IP assets. He has experience in handling IP matters before the Ecuadorian Trademark Office and in all levels of administrative Courts. In addition, he was a stock broker trainee at a major stock exchange broker.

Pablo joined the firm as a paralegal in 2003 and is currently an associate. He received a Law degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Argentina and an LL.M degree at the University of Pennsylvania. While in Argentina, Pablo worked as a firm representative among our clients and colleagues in the region and in the recovery of due accounts for international corporations.

After finishing his legal education, Pablo was an associate in the Corporate Department of Fiorito, Murray & Diaz Cordero in Buenos Aires. He has acted as legal advisor in corporate matters, M&A transactions, project finance and debt restructuring.

Pablo is admitted to practice in New York State, Argentina, and Ecuador. He is a member of the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI) and the International Trademark Association (INTA). Pablo actively participates in international meetings and conventions.
