Rodrigo formally joined our firm in 2005. His main practice is patent and trademark prosecution in Ecuador and internationally. He handles ip matters such as trademark clearance, trademark applications, TM oppositions, reviews and appeals, litigation, infringements.

Rodrigo assists our clients in the commercial aspects of licensing or franchising in Ecuador, reviews international contracts for Ecuadorian law compliance, and counsels in matters relating taxation, and tax planning.

His experience acquired when studying and working at a top tier law firm in the United States is a great asset to our clients.
